2013 Family Vacation Follow-up

Marcus' last day with me is the 23 or the 24th of July.  If everyone is still interested in going to Tahoe, yet they don't have their money, everyone can send immediately send me a postdated check with a July date.  However, I can't go on the trip in July.  Once we agreed on June, other plans were made for July. 

Because the cabin is no longer available for our original date, we can either go June 28th - 30th (my first choice), checkout July 1st or June 14-16th, checkout June 17th.

Please let me know asap so that I can actually reserve the cabin.  However, I will not put a deposit on the cabin until I have your post dated checks.  I do not want to be left on the line for the entire cabin.

???Postpone or Cancel Trip???

Well it appears that some may not have $$$ to make the trip in June.  While there is talk that others might not have the $$$ at all.  No one's even posted any comments about the cabin selection, so I'm not sure if everyone that confirmed is still interested.

I'm not going to put a downpayment, or pay for the cabin and then have everyone backout or not be able to make it for June and then I'm stuck with everything.  That's why I need the $$$ upfront. 

If I don't get any feedback on here from you guys by April 30th, then I'll assume that we just want to cancel the trip.

Comments should include whether or not you still want to attend, is June still good for you, will you have your $$ on time, interested, but want to postpone until the July 19-21st (not sure if that works for me, but I could still facilitate for others) or is there another date that works best for you. 

REMINDER:$$$$ Is Due on the 30th

Since I've heard from no one, I'm expecting full payment from everyone.

The good news is that t costs no additional $$$.  Also, Sandee and Cheri suggested that the bed in Glenn & Tracye's room could be switched with one of the ones in Sandee & Inga's room.  If Sandee & Inga want to share one queen bed, then the full or twin from Tracye & Glenn's room could be moved to Tanika's room.  Hope that makes sense.  If you've seen the photos then you would know.

You guys can work out who's doing the moving.

2013 Tahoe Trip

Of all that responded, June was the only date selected. So our trip will be Friday, June 21-23rd, checkout on Monday the 24th.

Ah ha! No I'm not engaged. This is for another family gathering. I need to get a census of who's interested in going to Tahoe this summer. The cost would be $150 per adult which works out to be about $50 per day. We would have the cabin on Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Suggested itenirary: Day Event Meal Donor Chef(s) Friday Greetings, Casino, Jacuzzi Stuffed Shells, Caesar Salad & Garlic Bread Wendy & Cheri Wendy & Cheri Saturday AM: Jet skis, Lake, Boating Denny's, Carrows or other restaurant Each his own PM: BBQ, Football in backyard BBQ Ribs, Chicken & Hot Dogs Tracye, Glenn, Glenn Tanika & Andrew Potato Salad Gran Gran Sunday Golf, Casino, Foosball AM: Cereal or another restaurant Each his own PM: Tacos, Beans & Rice Wendy Glenn & Wendy DRINKS for each night Inga Inga If anyone else comes they have to bring a Other Other dessert for each night We can discuss altering the itinerary and/or menu if need be, or the donors. So I figure this would be a better outlet for us to discuss family gaterhings.  This way everyone can see everyone's response to posts and we will all be abreast of what's going on.
